Toasted Ravioli Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb meat-filled ravioli (beef or sausage)
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan
Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
Oil for frying
Marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
Cook ravioli in salted water until just tender; drain and cool slightly.
Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in another.
Dip ravioli in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Fry in 350°F oil until golden and crisp, 2–3 minutes per side.
Drain and serve hot with marinara.

A St. Louis classic. Crispy outside, tender inside, and best eaten immediately. Traditionally served as an appetizer — but no one stops at just a few.
